Description
Summary:Autism spectrum disorder (ASD) is a brain-based neurodevelopmental illness characterized by widespread deficits in social interaction, limited reciprocal social communication, and repetitive behaviors or interests, posing a significant burden on people, families, and society. However, the problem that teachers and parents face when teaching autistic children is that they have insufficient support materials for autistic children to improve their learning. Also, autistic children have a problem focusing on learning, and teachers require a unique approach to autistic children learning mathematics. Therefore, to solve this problem, the project is to develop a mobile application to assist autistic children in learning numeracy and basic mathematical operations. The methodology that has been used is the waterfall methodology. The method had been discrete from one phase to another, but in this project, only the requirement gathering, analysis, design, and implementation phases were used.
