Summary:This course focuses on the foundation of Instructional Technology, theories of human communication and learning, and the roles of technology to enhance learning. Technology is defined as products as well as processes. By the definition of product, the potentials and the attributes of several media hard wares and soft wares capable to enhance learning are explored. By the definition of process, several learning theories and models are examined. This course will provide a well-balanced experience in theories and hands on, through series of lectures, discussions and laboratory activities.
