Description
Summary:Mathematics is an understanding about numbers, shapes and connections. The research done by Islamic scholars in the past was actually based on the concept of Tawhid (the oneness of God) from the teaching of Islam itself. This paper discusses the verses from the Holy Quran that explain the concepts of mathematics such as numbers, shapes and connections. All of the verses do not only bring up the mathematical concept but also reveal to us its application in each situation that suits us as human beings. It is hoped that readers will find this article useful as a guide for them to search for mathematical facts and reference from the holy Quran as a form of knowledge-based resource.
