Summary:This report briefly describes the processes and methods involved in Certificate of Completion and Compliance. It is produced according to a five-month experience located in Majlis Daerah Kuala Langat and Pembinaan Semangat Anggun Sdn. Bhd. This report is divided into several parts and started with the introduction of Certificate of Completion and Compliance, and continue with the company background, case studies and ends with a conclusion and recommendations. Observations found that the latest methods in this system can enhance the delivery building system to the building owner. It involves a lot of the local authorities and the many levels that need to be fulfilled by the developer before delivered to the building owner. In this report briefly describes about how the procurement this certificate. Then, describe in details the stages to be followed by the developer or Principal Submitting Person (PSP). During this certification process is underway, a number of problems associated with the process of Certificate of Completion and Compliance have been identified and the report ended with some suggestions that felt able to solve the problems. For the conclusion, this report can describe the process and the stage of Certificate of Completion and Compliance practically.
