The ratios between these two genders are getting unbalance day by day. This will lead to the scenario where this unbalance ratio between male and female will create social problems where male not being respected in the future. Lacking of male involve in government, administrating and other professional field will create discrepancies in these fields. This can be proved when CUEPACS (Congress of the Unions of Employees in the Public and Civil Service) express their worries due to this situation where women hold most of the high position in either the public or private organization. (Utusan Malaysia, 22 February 2010).This problem is believe to occur due to more female in the university compared to male, which means there are more female graduates compared to male graduates and these female graduates are dominating these sectors or fields. Not just CUEPACS expressed their worries over this matter; the ex-prime minister of Malaysia, which is Tun Dr Mahathir Mohamad, also expressed his worries over this matter through his book, The Malay Dilemma.
