Summary: | Training is very important to all employees in the organization to develop their skill. The purpose of the study was to investigate the effect of training method on work performance in the private hospital in Kota Kinabalu. The training method we use in this study which is coaching, elearning and audio visual. Other than that, in this paper we are only focusing the objectives which training methods can give high impact on employee work performance. The types of sampling used was convenient sampling which mean the total sample of 217 number of nurse in private hospital in Kota Kinabalu. The instrument used was the distribution of questionnaire to the staff nurse for the private hospital in Kota Kinabalu. After collecting data from the questionnaire which has been answered, the data was analyzed using the SPSS whereby the data will be analyzed using both descriptive and inferential statistic. |
