This research used sampling method and minimum sample size calculated that involves 62 respondents from different background of SMEs. This research can help in the identification and management of various enterprise risks that are critical to a company's success especially in SMEs. It also can help in as a barometer for understanding, recognizing, measuring, and reporting risks throughout an organization so that those in charge can take appropriate action.
