Summary:Nowadays, advanced facilities become more important due to demand from people for receiving better services from the government organizations. The purpose of conducting this study is to investigate the perception of teachers towards student's performance with regard of the facilities in rural schools at SK Tinambak, SK Buayan, and SMK Pekan Tamparuli, Sabah. The population of this study was all the teachers in SK Tinambak, SK Buayan and SMK Pekan Tamparuli, Sabah. At the time of the distribution of the questionnaires, there were 95 of teachers been targeted to answer the survey. To concluded teacher's perception towards student's performance was highly influenced by the facilities to score better in academic which shows that almost three quarter of the respondents are very optimized in student's performance and facilities is correlate. While for the significant difference to student's perception and facilities, the findings explained that teacher's perception was very optimized to students was highly dependent on the facilities of the classroom to learn comfortably. Thus, student's performance can be increase by having facilities in rural schools, the more sufficient facilities it can be better result and increase student performance.
