Summary:Today in 2018, Pontian is the where the district is a rapid growth development and increasing its importance to the city and every district. The rapid growth development also should in line and the will of the people and the local government to achieve the vision and mission of the Pontian city. Therefore, based on the planning from the government, Pontian Kechil will continue to drive the economy towards the better with the more development that focuses on the commercial and business building. This development will give a big impact especially on the Pontian city and to the surrounding. Thus, the development of the Pontian Kechil should be ready to receive a point of progress in urban development especially to the environment of the city. Among the weakness identified is the large gap between a human and green environment and also the lack of pedestrian linking with good facilities for users. This is because the development of Pontian Kechi) also will definitely increase the urban fabric, the number of people, visitors, and users. The lastly, apart from the future development of Pontian Kechi} will increase the flexibility and resilience with a good environment in the face of the new city in term of the environment, physical, and social context of the city. It also will bring more excitement to the users in the shopping, walking, recreational, and help the economic growth of the local people.
