The purpose of this study is to examine the SHE orientation and forklift familiarization which identified could influence the effectiveness of safety and health training among production department. The primary data with sample size of 120 respondents have been collected thought a set of questionnaire from production department at Ecolex Sdn Bhd. Based on the analysis, found that SHE orientation and forklift familiarization have a moderate positive relationship with employee performance.
