Interestingly, this study examines the impact of the bureaucracy system to the employees in the organization. Several research questions have been formed (i) What are the characteristics of bureaucracy that is being applied in Gua Musang District Police Headquarters? (ii) What are the factors that facilitate the effective adoption of Weberian Bureaucracy in Gua Musang District Police Headquarters? (iii) What is the impact of bureaucratic system that is being applied in Gua Musang District Police Headquarters? To answer the above questions, a qualitative approach is used, by using semi-structured interviews.
