Summary:The study has been conducted to determine the effective ways to increase the FFB Yield in Sabah Land Development Board, Dalit Estate. In this study we also explore how to zero the harvesting of unripe fruit. The findings will be recommended to Dalit Estate as a tools to improve their FFB Yield. This study has conducted about two and a half months and the time is very limited due to certain limitation such as distance and language of the respondent. Despite the odds, about 50 questionnaires were returned and the data was analyze based on the feedback given by the respondents. This project paper consists of five chapters. Chapter one gives the reader an overview of the background of the organization, the background of Dalit Estate and also the background of the oil palm (Elaeis Guineensis). In chapter two, it contents the literature review of study. All the related issues were taken from e-journals and books. While in chapter three it shows the research design and methodology which consist of the primary data, secondary data, instrument, data collection method and theoretical frameworks. In chapter four it will reveals the findings of the study. Finally in chapter five there will be a conclusion and recommendation of the survey.
