Three research factors were adopted into the research framework, including leadership skills, leaderships style and women social communication skill. Major results revealed how the public generally view women's working performance today and what determines their level of capabilities in leading any organisations. Therefore, it is important for the public to be aware of women's advancement in today's world and how they could help in pushing the industry to move forward.
