There's growing importance in the techniques to limit waste at construction sites. This study aimed is to apprise building professionals with other alternatives to sustain the use of existing supplies of materials for recycling and level of awareness among construction professionals about these. The usage of Recycled Aggregate Concrete (RAC) paves new ways for reusing materials in the building industry. Making use of Recycled Aggregate Concrete (RAC) can provide a solution for excessive waste materials as long as the final product fits the standard quality required. In line with that, objectives of this study which is to study on the pros and cons of recycled aggregate concrete, analyze about the frequency of using recycled aggregate concrete in Malaysian construction and also to evaluate the measurement level of building professionals’ awareness on these recycle material. In proportion to that, content analysis and questionnaire will be used for research method. The findings found that the level of awareness on the building professionals and future building professionals towards the use of recycled aggregate concrete was quite moderate. So, the authorities need to further expand exposure about recycled aggregate concrete among construction professionals. 2022 Student Project NonPeerReviewed text en https://ir.uitm.edu.my/id/eprint/70766/1/70766.pdf Study on building profesionals’ cognizance towards the use of recycled aggregate concrete in building construction / Nur Afina Syahirah Mohd Hashim.
