Summary:This research about was about the study of office environment towards job satisfaction of employees at selected Government Sector in Teluk Intan, Perak. The objective of this study is to find the out the factors of office environment that give impact towards job satisfaction. The independent variables of this research were furniture, lighting and color. Past researches were put into the literature review section as guidelines in this study. The next section would be the research methodology. It used to measures sample size, sampling frame, and data collection in this section. The sampling frame of the research was selected government sectors and the sample size was 81 respondents. The data collected was using questionnaires that was personally distributed to 81 employees. Those respondents age between 20 to 50 and above years old. The majority of the respondents are male employees which hold 59.3% of the population. Findings shown those office environments factor give impact towards job satisfaction among employees. As a summary, there were suggested to top management of government sectors to concern with their employees, made a change with the office to look more comfortable and ergonomics. The good office environment give the good healthy to employees because most of their time were spend in office. If the employees satisfied, the productivity of work also increase and the relationship between employees and management also can ensure positive.
