Summary:Nowadays, women and politics is not a new issues to be discussed since the women nowadays synonym with the contribution the politic especially in the election process but there also certain countries that still discrimination toward the women right to involve in the political and less of freedom towards the women right such as in India. Besides that, there are growing body of literature that discusses on the women movement in the participation in the election and also discussed the how far the level of women participation in election toward the several past research. This paper provides empirical evidence based on the finding on the positive correlation between the women participation the state election with related to the several factor that influence the level of participation of women. A questionnaire was prepared and 110 respondents and returned on 99 responses from the several villages in the Inanam constituency. The results of the analysis indicate that the women participation in the Inanam constituency was in the moderate level of participation.
