Lastly, this study was examined the relationship between organizational culture and knowledge management among staff in UMK bachok campus. The questionnaire distributed to 155 staffs of UMK Bachok Campus. A Pearson's correlation analysis was performed to test the relationship between organizational culture and knowledge management. The Pearson product moment correlation coefficients indicated a positive significant correlation between all of the organizational culture types and knowledge management in UMK Bachok Campus.
