This research project is about the studies on black magic crime, a study and analysis. It may go through the types of black magic, the effects of black magic, together with the views from various perspectives on black magic law to handle the seriousness of crime related to black magic. There are types of crime that could be related to black magic such as pukau which is hypnosis to deprive a person's property very quickly and also santau which is to bring harmful effect to other people; this is important for the attention of public and the society. Therefore, through the research finding, it will create the awareness towards the society about the dangerous of black magic. In addition, a comparison of situation in Malaysia and other countries will indirectly give some ideas and help the authority to understand about the nature of black magic crime in Malaysia. At the same time, by conducting this research, we found hope and the opportunity to seek justice for the victims of black magic under the law. After collecting, analyzing and justifying all the finding based on the opinion and reliable facts and sources, we come to a conclusion that black magic on its surface and core is a critical matter and authority need to be more proactive to curb this matter by the establishment of the law on black magic.
