This study provide more detail understanding about what are the employers' perspectives towards work readiness challenges and other factors that contributed to the employability of youth trainees and graduates. Besides that, the research hypothesize will be very useful in helping many parties to develop effective policies concerning employability and also maximizes the job opportunities in Malaysia. Apart from that, this research were help in identifying the information needed as they are the key starting point to influence the policy makers and human resources professionals. By identifying the primary factors that lead to unemployment such as what are the nature, challenges and strategies, it is eventually become guidelines in curbing this problem.
