This study has been done in KPJ Klang Specialist Hospital. The main objective of this study is to identify the level of effectiveness in implementing electronic medical record among the staff and to identify the ethical issues among the staffing using electronic medical record in KPJ Klang Specialist Hospital. A set of questionnaire has been distributed to evaluate the effectiveness and ethical issues among the staff.
