Currently mobile phone design is not suitable for elderly user with age 56 years old and above especially in Malaysia context. This study conducts a qualitative research to report the issue of mobile phone design focuses on size and shape faced by elderly also to examine the relationship between the design problems with the elderly limitations. This study used interview instrument and usability testing to gather data from elderly.
