MOHAJAA Enterprise currently using the manual business process in taking the order and recorded by using pen and paper. Therefore, the company facing with problem in tedious to manage huge amount of order and data redundancy. This project’s aim to create a system to manage the order and record the data in the database. The project was split into 4 phases from the waterfall model which start with phase Research, Planning, Design and Development. The requirement for this project was gathered by interview session with En. Fakhrul Ikhwan’s the owner of MOHAJAA Enterprise. Then, the gathered requirement are analyzed and modelled into UML diagram. All the requirement activities are documented in Software Requirement Specification (SRS). The system design and structures were made in UML modelling technique saved in a Software Development Document (SDD). Then, the system will develop based on the SRS and SDD document. As the result, all of three objectives have been fulfilled and two problem statements have been solved.
