| Summary: | In this chapter, we provide all the necessary building detail information. We will explain in detail of building background, company organization, purpose of the building, project brief, list of major occupant, and the facilities and services provided. The Hotel Taiping Perdana is list as 3 star hotels with good facilities. It consider as high rise building because it is consist of 9 floor level included a basement. We also describe about some other information such as building view from all angle. This building is constructing in the middle of Taiping town. The term should be follow by the requirement by Majlis Perbandaran Taiping is height maximum of building should follow 1:3:5 ratios to ensure not affect the view of Bukit Larut as the main attractive of Taiping town. Next, requirement at the surrounding area should amidst of beautiful of nature and environment for attracted the customers. We also will key out space and function in each floor in detail. The building provides only one tenant. Finally the last one, we will take the overview of facilities, utilities inside the building. |
