Ministry of Education Malaysia is located at presint 5 Putrajaya, Wilayah Persekutuan. This building was owned by government and for the maintenance team for this building is Peransang Jati Sdn. Bhd. The organization and maintenance management for this building is lead by Perangsang Jati Sdn.Bhd as the main contractor. This building is using preventive and corrective maintenance. Building concept for this building is malay traditional. The overall building rating is good condition because it can categorize as a new building and still have Defect Liability Period. The performance of the company is good based on KPI and follow the guidance by the government. In legal aspect, all the criteria that written in the agreement between parties must be follow precisely. Total for building maintenance is RM 1,172,700.00 for a year. For problems and recommendation, is the problem that will faced by the Perangsang Jati in the building. Conclusion, this building is good maintained by Perangsang Jati because the building is in a good condition so it easy their work to maintain the building.
