| Summary: | The purpose of this Final Project BSB (314) is to make sure that we are apply what have been learn from the 1st semester until 5th semester. It was compulsory for us Building Survey student to carry out this report because it must need to comply the requirement and task before we are been graduate. By doing this project, we are required to know about all information about of this building from the substructure until superstructure. The case study that we have been chosen are Tierra Crest building which situated at the Kelana Jaya. Tierra Crest is strategically located in the heart of Kelana Jaya which is adjacent to the township of Petaling Jaya. With good visibility and direct access from the LDP, the Federal Highway and the NKVE. Tierra Crest has two modern towers erected above a retail podium built to cater to the contemporary business crowd of Petaling Jaya. It is built with a green concept and with floor plates ranging from 2000 – 11,000 square feet, it will cater to small start-ups and multi nationals alike. The interiors of Tierra Crest will provide you with a rare sense of comfort ability in office buildings with lush greeneries the corridors as well as the use of natural light throughout. With a green concept, this building aims to conserve energy without using too much of it. This concept will involve the use of energy saving lightings as well as the recycling of rain water for various usages. As the conclusion by doing this Final Project we have improved and adding the knowledge about the maintenance work , safety of the building and many more. We are glad because from this project we have learn everything on how to solve problem, how to work with professional workers and many more. We hope that, the report which has been done by our group is following the requirement that need by lecturers and give satisfaction to lecturers. |
