This system has 4 users that are admin, resident staff, principal and Vice-Chancellor. In addition, this system was developed to overcome problems of using manual method before such as longer performance time, the chances of data loss and difficulty in the process of indexing and analyzing reports. The methodology that will be used in this system is waterfall model that is part of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) model that contain five phases. In addition, this system will be using the PHP language and MySQL to store the database.
