of sound quality and desired economic value. Poor quality work and failure may claim huge amounts and in extreme cases, may even result in loss of human life. Therefore, quality and workmanship of the finished product are the primary concern in construction projects. Construction Quality Assessment System (CONQUAS) is one of the tools used by contractor to improve the quality of the construction products. This report presents the general idea of CONQUAS and also some of the case study findings for CONQUAS that have been found on the case study. |
