Summary:High demand for housing in urban areas in particular have further stimulate the construction of housing units high by developers. People are more likely to choose storey residential area compared terraced housing, due to rising house prices. Each residential areas of high need a body to manage their building and common property such as amenities and facilities available. The body responsible for the management is Joint Management Body (JMB). Various problems faced by the management in managing the affairs of the occupants areas include the refusal to pay the maintenance fees which is it a financial resources to the maintenance of their residential facility. This study was conducted to determine the issue of why residents are clear about maintenance fees but they still neglect to pay on time.
