Description
Summary:A business plan serves as a roadmap for day-to-day operations. It also more effectively allocated business resources. At the same time, the business plan also gives a personal image of the entrepreneur because it can be used as evidence to stakeholders that this business idea can be successful with the serious commitment given by the entrepreneur herself. Before launching a business, it is important to plan to ensure smooth operations. La Petite Café is a sole proprietorship company that focuses on selling some French pastries. Besides the general manager, this company has several employees who help to guarantee that business management operates smoothly and efficiently. As a general manager, I set and targeted the target market in terms of location and customer segmentation at the start of this patisserie business. This company's specialty is that we target the local market in two ways: face-to-face business and using social media platforms to increase our reach throughout Malaysia. In addition, for the financial strategy, I've set a sales estimate for the next three years, beginning in 2020. This business is primarily funded by my personal funds and a loan. After my own product satisfies Malaysia's market, I believe that strong financial planning would allow me to obtain extra funds to develop this business to the following step, which is the growth stage.
