In the making of our Business Plan, we have chosen to open up a child educare centre as it catches our eyes the most. The idea came from an overseas educare centre which is very interesting and it creates quite a big number of profits. The name of our company is Happy Feet Enterprise. This Business Plan is specially made for those who are interested in making a business related to children’s development as well as creating a fun filled centre. Our business is in the form of Partnership because our four managers have the similar business interest and every one of them has the ability to start the business and has a broad knowledge of children and day care centres. Our business is located at Lot 2.18, Second Floor, The Summer Shopping Mall, Desa llmu, 94300, Kota Samarahan, Sarawak. The General and Administration Manager is responsible to make a decision of the company, make sure all the managers do their work, and make a short term and a long term planning of company. The Operation Manager will control the operation of our business. The Marketing Manager is responsible in preparing the market plan that includes market targets, determined the market size, identify market competitors, and determined market shares and sales forecast. Our Financial Manager will handle all the financial such as preparing budget and financial statements for the company.
