Summary:The Iskandar Regional Development Authority (IRDA) is a Malaysian Federal Government statutory body tasked with the objective of regulating and driving various stakeholders in both public and private sector towards realizing the vision of developing Iskandar Malaysia into a strong and sustainable metropolis of international standing. IRDA's statutory powers and functions are designed to achieve the above objective and include the following core functions which are planning, promotion and facilitation. In this situation, employees play big and important roles to ensure the company reaching their goals and missions. Therefore, this study is conducted to investigate what are the factors that affecting the decreasing of productivity among employees at workplace. The population size of this study consists of 126 respondents, but the number of questionnaires which are successfully collected and have been returned was 100, while 26 others were uncompleted. The results of this study show that there are significant relationships between management and rewards with decreasing of productivity among employees at workplace.
