We are specializing in serving sweet tooth and desserts to our customers who stay in the Klang Valley’s area. Our main focus for our business is in selling fresh-baked brownies and pavlova with a variety of toppings and delicious flavors that will not be forgotten. We chose Klang Valley’s area as we found that this location with the highest population in Malaysia can bring opportunity for us to bring growth for the success of our business. Sugar Bytes is a partnership consisting of two owners that are recognized as the backbones of the business, which are the bakers who want to be known as “Alin” and “Yamyam”. Other than that, we use Sugar Bytes as a platform in providing the best desserts in town for our customers while maintaining our good services with affordable prices. Thus, everyone is able to taste our dessert. Sugar Bytes is using Facebook as a medium to promote the desserts in order to let the customers know about our business’s products. Instead of waiting in line and paying more to get the best desserts with the finest flavors in mouth, we offer our customer with delivery service to deliver our products to them. In addition, we use several techniques in promoting Sugar Bytes in Facebook specifically to the softsell and hardsell to attract the interest of our customers to get our products. We also provide them with teasers to attract them to look forward to our new products. We combined all of these to promote our products to keep the engagement between Sugar Bytes and the customers thus encouraging them to buy with us. Besides, those customers that intend to buy our products, we are also welcoming them to ask us through the comment sections in Facebook postings, or contact us through the personal messages in Facebook, or via the “Whatsapp” platform. Our Sugar Bytes has great features as we are only providing the best one for our customers with love and sweets aligned to our motto “Sweet as You!”. We believe that the existence of our business will serve us well as we go forward while expanding our business.
