Summary:This study be prepared as a partial requirement for the fulfilment of the Bachelor of Business Administration (Honours)-Marketing. This study had been conducted upon realising the important of the regional economic in order to change the demand and supply of the crude oil and it’s price. The focus of the study is undertaken at Malaysia Crude Oil Marketing Division (PETRONAS), the Semi-government Company and the only company who is responsible for the Malaysia Crude Oil operation. It is one of the companies who give a lot of profit to the country. Malaysia Crude Oil Division (MCOMD) actively involved in disposing the crude oil from the well to the buyer and for it’s own processing at Kerteh and Melaka refinery. Descriptive designed be used to ensure that this study relevant to the problem. The methods of gathering primary data are survey and observations. The sources of the primary' data are staffs and management of MCOMD and those who arc involved in the disposing of Malaysia Crude Oil. Secondary data are soured from printed material and electronic media such as the past company
