Guardhat is a company that based in Detroit which focusing on the smart hardhat. In this company analysis, it focuses on the smart hardhat made by Guardhat to be look at, define, and analyse along with their product problems and with possible solutions. The first problem regarding their product is a lack of necessary accessories on their smart hardhat. For that, it is to ensure the worker’s safety is in guaranteed. For the next problem is their product cost is too expensive because of the technology they used in their product. So, there a few solutions to that problems which can be overcome by produce the product with addition of essential accessories and also lower their product price by cut the manufacturing cost which can be made in much more efficient and in minimalistic instead focusing on heavy tech they used. The solutions are considered to help Guardhat in producing top quality hardhat and their other products to their customers so that they can sustain their business growth, innovations and accomplishments in the future.
