Summary:The main determination of this study is to examine the impact of minimum wage on organizations among security workers associated to cost of living and motivational level aspects. The methods used for data collection are questionnaires and interviews. The sampling is based on convenience sample techniques. The targeted respondent is consisting of hundreds (100) respondents who are working in the security sector especially in private organization around Batu Pahat area. The contents of the questionnaire are divided into three sections; demographic section, the cost of living and motivational perspectives. In addition, the researcher also wants to analyses the gap of economic changes towards low-paid worker amongst the security guards before and after the government policy commended the implementation of the minimum wage in the private sector. The findings revealed that, the minimum wage policy that governments have enforced in the private sector do have an impact on the cost of living and motivational level of employees in the security sectors. The findings revealed high positive relationships between dependent variable and independent variables. Hypothesis H1 and H2 are proven and have significant relationships amongst the tested variables
