Bhd. The building is located at Subang Jaya USJ/1 near to SEGi Collage and The Summit shopping mall. The building had a beautiful view from everywhere side especially right side overlooking the Shah Alam expressway. It is also state seat constituency between Shah Alam and Petaling Jaya. Kayangan Cahaya Sdn Bhd is outsource for HeiTech Padu Village of maintenance service to maintain the building at every part of services. HeiTech Padu at USJ 1 is the main office which is had more than 10 department. Kayangan Cahaya is another department on the building but also have been moved to back side of the building, at Impian Meridian. The owner of the building Heitech Padu Berhad is Permodalan National Berhad or the National Equity Corporation. The policy of PNB is to help rectify the economic imbalance in the Malaysian society.
