Kedah Holdings Sdn Bhd is a property developer and wholly owned company by Bina Darulaman Berhad. This company involved in commercial and residential development, landed and high rise building in Kedah. One of the projects from the company is used as a case study for this practical training report. The project that used for case study was constructed on 1986 and completed on 1989. This project is not yet completely hand over the strata title to the owners due to a few problems occurs. The reason of choosing this project as a case study for this practical training report is this project is very unique and this is the first project that have problems like this in Malaysia. There are a few steps that has been taken and written in this report. There also are list of problems and some of recommendation in order to solve this problem. This problem could be solved if there is a great cooperation between the owners and the management of the Kedah Holdings Sdn Bhd.
