The increasing number of frozen asset or unclaimed property had call for a need to introduce an alternative instrument or tools in order to help distributing Muslim's wealth. As- Salihin Trustee Berhad as one of the Islamic estate institution had provides an initiative as an alternative in order to help Muslim in their wealth. The purpose of this research is to analyze the level of understanding among student of Muamalat about hibah and wasiat. This research also aims to construct relationship between the approaches used by As- Salihin Trustee Berhad in promoting the product of pri hibah and wasiat. The main objective is to appraise the implementation of hibah and wasiat at As-Salihin Trustee Berhad. However, the research revealed that the level of understanding on hibah and wasiat among Muamalat student had an intermediate low level. In term of medium of approach used by As-Salihin Trustee Berhad foresee the web as an effective approach to gather information. Another effective approach toward promoting the pri-hibah and wasiat is through As-Salihin branch. Last but not least, there are few recommendations from these findings in enhancing the level of knowledge about hibah and wasiat and approach used by As-Salihin Trustee. The recommendations were divided into two types which are long term and short term and future study was included at the end of the research.
