This case study aimed to investigate Troots Cafe business on a situation where existing problems need to be solved which is too pricey, lack of workers and halal identity is questionable. An interview with the manager towards the situation had been conduct. There are no serious issue that happened in the company. So, in this case study, our group will provided the background of the company that we choose which is Troots Cafe, the problems matter throughout the business and how they handle the business. Furthermore, we will issue the problems and the solutions by the Strength, Weakness, Opportunity and Threats (SWOT) Analysis.
