Summary:The number of unemployment rate keeps increasing. Due to that, the entrepreneurship sector is among the highest selections that graduated student choosing after finishing their study. Although there is many factors that can affecting the undergraduates in implementing their entrepreneurial intention. The purpose of this study is to determine the factors affecting entrepreneurial intention among the undergraduates student in the UiTM Segamat. This survey use quantitative method in order to collect the data and obtain the finding. Surveys were conducted using a questionnaire, where 40 respondents were involved in this research. There are three (4) main variable has been developing in this research which is, entrepreneurial intention, university environment, risk taking and personality traits. The finding for this result is there are significant variables between risk taking and entrepreneurial intention. Moreover, risks taking are only one independent variable. Hence the alternative hypothesis is accepted. The finding of this result would provide a useful insight to the education institution for identifies the factors that can affecting and boost the student entrepreneurial intention.
