This case study report provides an analysis and evaluation of Wiegand medication and logistic solutions company, and the products released by Wiegand medication and logistic solutions which is pill box, a pill box that stores, preparing and keeping varieties of pill or medicine. This study will analyses the usability and weaknesses of pill boxes. The method of analysis used in this study is text analysis. All the general information about the Wiegand medication and logistic solutions company and its product have been collected. Then, the collected information will then be specified into a specialized topic. Objective of the project is to work on the background, organizational structure, products that pill box provides. Next, the study further on the technology of pill boxes which are basically just plastic hermetic to store the medicine. In this case study, it's appropriate to analyses the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats of this company in the real business world by using SWOT analysis. Thus, from the needs and demands from the existing user of the product, the solutions to overcome and to fulfill the customer needs are being analyzed.
