Accountants in particular, are not excluded. As the members of the society, they are frequently facing the situations in which their personal integrity is ‘on the line’. Accountants in Malaysia are obligated to follow The MIA’s Code of Ethics. There are many cases where accounting practitioners failed to comply with the expected ethical standards. At least some of the responsibility for these failures can be laid at the door of accounting education. There are evidences that accounting education fail to develop students’ intellectual and ethical maturity. The study of this project paper is focused on the Faculty of Accountancy in ITM, regarding the education of ‘Ethics’ under the DIA/BAcc programs. Results of the study on the topic in focus, i.e. ‘Integrating Ethics into the Education’, are arrived at after analysing data gathered through interviews and questionnaires.
