The aim of this study is to assess the level of knowledge towards first aid among Faculty of Health Science of UiTM Puncak Alam students. Quantitative cross-sectional research with the stratified random sampling was led among 313 understudies at the Universiti Teknologi MARA Puncak Alam Campus. Data were accumulated using a self-managed survey composed from Hong Kong Red Cross. An aggregate of 127(39.7.8%) of members had an intermediate degree of first aid learning. 61.6% of study members had encountered taking first aid courses and they essentially have a positive state of information (p-value = 0.000). There is a significant relationship between demographic characteristics and the level of First aid knowledge in term of gender, courses and first aid preparing background, as per oneway ANOVA test with a p-value of < 0.05 shows significances association. In light of these outcomes, most of the health science students had a moderate level of first aid understanding.
