The study was focused to a few issues and problems related to factors that contribute the rearrangement new kiosk that include accessibility, safety, facilities, scenery and cleanliness aspects. To achieve the aim of this study, three (3) objectives were developed that include to explore the best practice that apply the requirement of best arrangement to prevent the spreading of Covid-19, it is also to identify the background and current development of the study area. There are one (1) method used that include questionnaire. Based on the 60 respondents which are buyers and sellers that have an experience entered the Batu Gajah Wet Market. The finding shows that there were few issues and factors that contribute to the current situation of Batu Gajah Wet Market that include accessibility, facilities, cleanliness and safety. The elements provided in Batu Gajah Wet Market should be upgraded as to make sure the guarantee the safety of buyers and sellers, also improve the smooth movement with any accidents. In the end of this research, some recommendations were recommended that include providing better arrangement, safe alleys, apply the 1-metre distance and upgrading the access ad drainage pattern to encourage the buyers for their safety and attract more buyers to shopping at Batu Gajah Wet Market by following the Standard Operation Procedure (SOP).
