This industrial report is the report that consists of 5 chapters which is start with introduction of the company background, literature review of case study, case study, problem and recommendation and also conclusion. For the Chapter 1, it consist about the background of the company, the vision and mission of the company, list of project like current and completed project, the organization chart of the company, the management and team and also their responsibility. Next, Chapter 2, it is about the literature review. It may get the sources from the book, magazines, internet or any others related sources. In this chapter, it consist of the definition and introduction of building condition assessment and the building defect, method of inspection and also the types of tools and equipment used for the inspection process. In Chapter 3, it consist about the case study during the practical training. It consist of the introduction to the project, background of the project, scope of work and limitation, building condition assessment, fabric and component, defect analysis and the Building Assessment Rating System ( BARIS). For the Chapter 4, it consist about the problem and recommendation. So, the problem that occurred during the case study and also based on the report, it may have some advised or the overcome step as to settle the problem appear. Lastly, in Chapter 5, it consists about the conclusion overall about the case study report. During four months of training, trainee get opportunity to learn about the site construction work process, the experience in checking the building defect and any others things. Besides that, student also learn to improve communication skills, learn to be more discipline and punctual. Last but not least, the knowledge, skills and experience gain during the practical training is the best method in order to prepare student to expose to the real working environment and also to be a good and better worker in future.
