The study identified the music students' preferred learning style by using the VARK model, and how students study Western Art Music History. It also investigates music students perception of how their learning style has helped them study Western Art Music History course at the Faculty of Music of Universiti Teknologi Mara (UiTM). Researchers used mixed method to collect the data. For Research Questions 1 researchers spread the questions by using Whatsapp application, for Research Question 1 and interview for Research Question 2 and Research Question 3. The results of the study based on Research Question 1 showed that the majority of the learning style of the music students' were Kinesthetic, but the result from Research Question 2, indicated that the majority of the music students were more into Read-Write and Auditory learning style. Based on the interview result for Research Question 3, the researchers also found that music students' were using Read-Write and Auditory learning style when studying Western Art Music History course.
