Pulai Spring Resort Berhad have been operated in 2007.Currently there have two project .First is Cinta Ayu apartment and second is The Enclave .For the Cinta Ayu apartment were already complete and have been operated in 2007 .But for the latest project, The Enclave is still in development. As the trainee of Property department. The task are given not just for selling this two product but also to need maintenance the product (CARA).Because the apartment are quite old ,the maintenance of the building has been focused
