So there will be so many parties will involve in their operation. By this it is difficult for the Nepline to be free from the service failure in their operation such as a container undischarge case. Although it shows the small percentage of cases happened but it can give the great effect in which it can blur the future of the agents. So for veery shipping line they have to follow certain procedure that involve with the container movement. But sometimes although they have followed the correct procedure but sometimes itstill happens in whch it may lead to the shipping loose one of their revenue sources. The effect ot only in the sence of money omly but also to the future of the agents. It is difficult to be a free failure company as we know most of the causes of this failure is come from the human mistake. So the preventive should be taken before the cases is become the deseas to the shipping agent.
