After 4 month of industrial training at JMB Akasia apartment. There are many things that I have learned in this project. As a student, I have adapted theories learning to technical and practical learning. For a Building Surveyor student, we usually more concentrated on the maintenance work. But I have found out that learning in the maintenance work make we BS student more understanding how to maintain a building. Mostly I have been learned more about joint management body (JMB) and their procedure how to manage every account and maintain every facility provided for occupants in the apartment Akasia. It is rare to learn more about this for BS student, thus I take this opportunity to learn more about JMB and I have finished my practical report about facility management in JMB. This opportunity are rarely come in life, so I will learnt more about management and maintenance in future project.
