JKR Perak Tengah was established on the 1st. August 1979. Establishment JKR Perak Tengah is caused by several aspects. The first is due to his own Perak Tengah District was established in 1936 at the age of 40 years are certainly a lot of development programs to be implemented under the Ninth Malaysia. By having an organization under the administrative JKR Perak Tengah District directly the process of implementing the development programs will be better and more effective. Both the establishment JKR Perak Tengah thenthe workload is borne by the District for Kuala Kangsar, Kinta, Manjung and Hilir Perak has been reduced. When established in 1979, the office staff is only comprised of an engineer work and some employees of a Clerk, Technician, Junior Technician, Draughtsman and several General Staff. Given the task assumed by an Engineer Job in implementing development programs in the district on the 1st. January 1981 the post was upgraded to District Engineer of JKR Perak Tengah as other counties. After a few years later JKR Perak Tengah has grown to be as other JKR District which is headed by the District Engineer to administer the Administration, Buildings, Roads, maintainability, Electrical Stores and Quantity Surveying and have small branches which have their own role. JKR Perak Tengah now has 154 employees.
